Chemical-Free Swiss Water® Decaffeination

Rather than using synthetic solvents like methylene chloride or ethyl acetate, this coffee undergoes the patented Swiss Water® Process. Using only pure water, temperature, and specialized carbon filters, 99.9% of the caffeine is gently washed away. Because the extraction medium is pre-saturated with coffee solids, the beans retain their natural essential oils, aromatic compounds, and authentic flavor integrity.
